A 78 sqm flat of more than 50 years old has been renovated to meet the needs of their current owners. The former four bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room were redesigned to turn into three bedrooms, a kitchen and one bathroom, with surfaces that respond to the new use required.

With a limited budget, we chose to keep as much as possible of the old distribution, minimizing the demolitions.

White is the predominant color in the house, and a wooden floor made of mat old oak throughout the house adds color and warmth, along with shelves of books and other small details.
